Yajjadeo Lotun
Director
Yajjadeo Lotun serves as the CEO of an asset management company licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC). He brings over ten years of experience as an Insolvency Practitioner in Mauritius and has previously worked as an In-House Lawyer for a London-based group. He holds an LLB (Hons) in Business Law, complementing his strong professional background with solid academic expertise.
Jacques Tsang Mang Kin
Director
Jacques is a practising barrister in Mauritius since 1978. He was admitted to The Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn in 1976.He studied for his Bsc Economics at the London School of Economics.
Jacques was the director of a trust and management company licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of various asset management and protected cell companies.
Jacques acts as the legal counsel of various multinational clients. He was previously the head of the legal team to Shanxi Jinfei Investment Co. Ltd, a $820 million joint venture between the Government of Mauritius and Shanxi Jinfei Investment Co. Ltd, for the development of the Mauritius JinFei Economic Trade and Cooperation Zone.
As a member of Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Jacques has participated to various missions led by the Chamber mainly to China though which he has access to a network of potential investment opportunities in China and Asia.
